How do I shop online?

We have tried to make as user friendly as possible; the process is simple. On the home page you will see different categories of products such as Boys, Girls, Rooms, Cards, etc. Simply click on the category to go to that page.

Once you are there, you will see various menu options with specific products. For example, if you’re shopping for a boy, you will be presented with onesies, kurtas, etc. Simply click on the item you wish to look at first (onesies for example) and you will be taken to a page with all our onesies suitable for boys displayed for you.


To enhance your shopping experience, at the top of this page you will also find 3 filter options of ‘Item’, ‘Brand’, ‘Size’. You can pick one of each (e.g., Onesie, Sture&Lisa, 9-12 months) and you will find products that exactly match your specific requirement.

What ages do you cater to?

We stock items for babies & toddlers from 0-3+. However, few of our items are suitable for older kids (can't really completely leave out the big brothers & sisters ;-)

Which size system do you follow?

While Kirsten thinks in European sizes, Ayshwarya tends to think by the age. So you can imagine the confusion when we sit down to discuss orders. We have prepared a handy size chart that makes it so much easier for us and hope it will help you as well. Please note that sizing is based on average baby measurements; If your baby is on either side of the spectrum, you may need to buy accordingly. If you’ve bought the wrong size by mistake, not to worry! That’s what our great return policy is for.

Size Chart – Shoes

Experts’ advice that barefoot is best for our new walkers. But of course, being barefoot outdoors or even on freezing marble tiles is not always practical, so the next best thing for new walkers is soft sole shoes.(6ambabies has a fantastic line of funky, super comfy soft sole shoes!). A little attention while buying will keep the little ones comfortable and supported while they go about their mischief :).


Shoes need to have room but still offer enough support. While buying new shoes keep in mind that there should be 0.5 cm between the heel and the back of the shoe and 1 cm between the tip of the big toe and the front of the shoe. We have to give the little feet room to grow after all! Once your new walker turns into a confidant walker, it is all about support!

Safety and quality certifications

We are passionate about safety and all things organic. However, there are many technical terms bandied about and many countries have different specifications. Should you have any queries in regards to the certifications one of our products may have, please feel free to contact us.



How can I order personalised birth announcement cards?

Every new parent waits impatiently for the arrival of the little one and once their bundle of joy is in their arms, they can’t wait to shout it off the rooftops.


These cards tell your family and friends all about the new addition to your family. When was he/she born, how much did he/she weigh, and most importantly, how happy you are. It’s the perfect way to include family and friends, who are far away, in your joy and also give near and dear ones in the UAE a precious keepsake.


We have a beautiful line of cards designed by our accomplished Graphic Designer Birgitta van Langeveld based in The Netherlands. Before the arrival of your little one, you will have to visit and pick the model card that you would like to send out and select the number of cards before you continue to check out.


Once the little one is here, either you or your spouse will need to send us an email with the details. Name, Boy/girl? Height? Weight? Date and time of birth, etc.. We will have the details printed on your card of choice (you will see and approve the proof first) and have them delivered to you in 10 working days. Your cards are now ready to go out.

What is the wishlist?

The best thing about a wishlist is that it can be used in so many great ways. If you are a mother to be with a baby shower coming up, simply put all the items your heart desires into your wishlist and email the link to the person organising your shower! Come the big day you’ll be happy as a clam as you get exactly what you need and your guests will be happy as they’ve had a stress free shopping experience! Win win!


This is also a perfect feature for when your little bundle of joy is finally here and family and friends want to shower the little one with gifts or even for when that first birthday rolls around.

We also understand that sometimes it is difficult to choose something for your baby without touching and feeling the fabric. Gather your friends together (10 or more) and we will be happy to come to you with a selection of products that you would like to see. (What a fun party idea! :)


A wish list is also great for when you’re browsing and see many different items you’d like to buy! Put them into your wishlist and tick them off one by one. It’s the best way to avoid buyers guilt!:)


Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

All of our products come to you beautifully wrapped in colourful tissue paper.


You can also have your items gift wrapped in something a bit more special at a small extra cost and you can even add a small personal message if you wish. Once you have ticked the gift wrapping option, paid and checked out, we will have a beautifully wrapped gift delivered to your/your recipient’s doorstep! All additions will be added to your total at checkout.

What if the item I like is not in stock?

While shopping, the product information box will give you information about availability of the product and sizes. If, however, for any reason this information was not updated (a very rare instance), we will give you a call and offer alternatives or information on when you can expect your item. Once your item is in stock and we’ll deliver it to you immediately.


If you would like to pre-order an out of stock item, please contact us and we will give you an indication of when we are expecting a fresh batch, if at all we are.


If a product is no longer featured on, it means we have removed it from our collection or is no longer available. Should you be interested in such product, please feel free to contact us and we will try to get it for you.

How can I pay for my purchase?

A shopper’s best friends are Visa and MasterCard! And we also welcome American Express, JCB and Diners Club. We also offer the payment option of cash on delivery for your peace of mind.
The shopping process is simple. Choose your items, add them to your shopping cart, confirm purchase, choose payment option, checkout and wait for your package!


If you choose the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option, all you have to do is hand over the cash to the person delivering your items. Exact change is required. Unfortunately, we are able to offer this facility to our customers in the UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain only at this point in time.


All prices are in UAE Dirhams. For your convenience, we have a currency converter that you can use with updated exchange rates (you can find it at the end of each product's page)

What are your delivery terms?

We will have your item in your hands within 1 to 2 working days within the UAE. If you place your order before 2.00 pm, we will do our best to get it to you the next day. Any deliveries after 2.00 pm will reach you in 2 days. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.


Please note that there are times an address may be considered as 'Out of Service' by the courier company. While we will do our best to get the item to you, please note that there may be times where COD may not be possible & an alternative address or extra charges may be required. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss options with you, should your area be considered 'out of service' :-)



Do you do urgent deliveries?

If you’ve left it to the last minute (as we very often do), no need to worry! 6ambabies will save the day :).
We’ll make sure your product is in your hands the very same day, for an urgent delivery fee. Please make sure you reach us by 2.00 pm to avail this facility. Feel free to call us when you need the delivery and we can discuss the delivery and iron out other details. Please note that a charge of AED 200 will apply to Abu dhabi and AED 70 for Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman.


We will deliver anywhere in the world that you would like us to. However, our shipping rates on checkout are for the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, India and Pakistan only. If you need something delivered elsewhere, drop us a line here and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote for your delivery. Please note that for orders above $ 100 to be delivered to Saudi Arabia, some additional documents are required such as the receiver's passport copy/Saudi id. Once you place your order, we will be in touch with you about the above documents that you would then need to scan & email to us.


If on the rare occasion you did not receive your shipment or there is a problem with the shipping or item itself, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will look into it and get back to you within 24 hours with an answer or an alternative solution. Please ensure that in the rare case of a defective/faulty item you contact us with 7 days after which we will accept no liability. Please contact us within 3 working days in case you haven’t received your product and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Within the UAE your product will be in your hands within a few days for you to enjoy for the small delivery fee of AED 20 However if you have an order above AED 250, shipping is on us! Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers at this point of time. 


The courier company will call you to set up an appointment before they deliver to you. Please ensure that you or someone else is home. Please note that if the courier has to re-visit you, delivery will be charged twice.

Do you have a return policy?

If you need to return/exchange your purchase for any reason, we are happy to oblige as customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. All we ask is that the item is in original packaging, unworn and unused with tags intact and that you contact us within 10 days of receipt. Contact us here with details of your purchase and we are happy to offer you a full refund, store credit or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note that you will be charged the delivery fee for this service.


Should you wish you cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after placing the order, else the item will be shipped. If you've left it late no worries, you can take advantage of our fab return policy as above :-)


Please note that store credit should be used within 6 months. Underwear, swimsuits, birth announcement cards are not returnable.

Are my transactions secure?

On checkout you will be directed to our payment gateway, Moneybookers. This gateway is SSL certified and has stringent security procedures in place for the safety of your online transactions and is one of the most trusted online gateways. Privacy Policy

6ambabies has a very strict privacy policy. We will not under any circumstances (unless required by a court of law) share your information with a third party. We do not store your credit card information. We do however, store your contact information in our customer database to help us process future orders smoothly.
